Pricing & Fees
Rates
M-Th: $300 per night + $175 Cleaning fee + 12.5% (9% TOT + 1.5% TMD +2% TBID)
A 2-night minimum is required
F-Sun: $300 per night + $175 Cleaning fee + 12.5% (9% TOT + 1.5% TMD +2% TBID)
A 3-night minimum is required
Each stay is preceded by at least 24 hours of no occupancy
Four Nights or more: Cleaning fee is waived
Longer than a week: happy to negotiate
A signed agreement is required for all stays. Payments are managed via Venmo
Please note that premium dates are more and include holidays and CalPoly Grad weekend.
**A RV Hook Up next to the cabin is available for those wanting to have others stay. $100/night
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in date.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.
