Avila Valley Barn

Fresh produce, creamery, bakery, candy store, deli and live farm animals for feeding. This seasonal attraction is a family friendly destination worth a visit for sure. During apple & pumpkin season, take a hay ride out to the field. Don't miss the ollalabery pie!

SLO Farmer's Market

One of the first public farmer's markets in the country - Thursday evening in Downtown San Luis Obispo is a classic Central Coast event held weekly (weather permitting). Food vendors including BBQ, kettlecorn, tacos, crepes, roasted corn and more will have your bellies full and happy. Magic shows, live music and more await. Farmers offer up an abudance of seasonal produce and many stores stay open late.

In additon, farmer's markets are held around the county throughout the week on a smaller and very enjoyable scale. One of our favorites is Friday evening in Avila Beach.
