Facility Amenities
Generous space inside this natural wood handcrafted cabin features an open plan main room, including a kingsized bed, dining, and kitchenette. A 50" television with Amazon Fire Stick (paid subscriptions to Hulu, Amazon Prime & Netflix) will provide any entertainment you require. Plenty of WiFi will keep you as connected as you need to be. One bathroom with bath/shower and one bedroom with single bunk beds.
An expansive front porch overlooks a courtyard and garden surrounded by mature trees for complete privacy. The back porch provides fresh air with chaise lounge chairs for napping and relaxing.
A propane gas stove will keep you warm when it's cold outside. All windows have screens to let the fresh air in and circulating during the summer months.
The sleeping area features one of the most comfortable beds you'll ever encounter. A comforter and quality sheets ensure your sound sleep in the woods. A mattress warmer will take the chill off when you get into bed in the evening.
The kitchenette includes a microwave and hot plate for cooking and an Air Fry Oven for baking and, of course, toast. Pots and pans are stocked in the cabinets with cooking utensils. Tableware is all provided. A Keurig coffee machine with a few pods will get you started on the first morning. A full fridge is on the back porch.
The bath and shower room is fitted with a hairdryer and a stack of plush towels. Two lux bathrobes are also provided for your enjoyment.
Outside your doors, you'll be greeted by birds, deer, wild turkeys, foxes, and maybe a peek at our neighborhood bobcat. At night you can enjoy the stars in the black sky unobstructed by lights. Cafe Lights have been permanently added to the courtyard, easily accessed with a switch. Enjoy them while dining el fresco in the evenings or turn them off for some heavenly star action.
The BBQ in the courtyard can quench your thirst for grilling or outdoor cooking. Yoga mats are provided should you be inspired to zen out on the back patio.
NEW We just added an outdoor shower - come "home" from the beach and rinse off under the trees or wake up and shower outside in total privacy.
Original fine art photography pieces inside the cabin are available for purchase - a memento of your trip. An avid photographer in SLO County, Larry, the owner, has a vast repertoire of local images and found on Instagram at lives4luv.
